Welcome to Orbit Unibox. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

Service Description

Orbit Unibox is a service that routes emails to Slack and enables teams to respond directly inside Slack. We provide integration with Slack workspaces to streamline email communication within your team.

Account Registration

To use certain features of our service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your account. We encourage you to use strong passwords and limit access to your account.

Subscription and Payments

Some aspects of the service may be provided for a fee. You will be required to select a payment plan and provide accurate payment information. By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third-party payment processors to facilitate the payment.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service.

In no event shall Orbit Unibox, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
